Return and Refund policy

At Omaira Modesty, we take pride in the quality and intention behind each piece. Every abaya is crafted with care, and we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (India only).
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.

Note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange

  • Size or item exchange is subject to availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are covered by Omaira Modesty.
  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address once your return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@omaira.in, along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it at the earliest.

Process

Email support@omaira.in with your order ID and reason. Our team will guide you through the steps to schedule your pickup or exchange.
