Return and Refund policy

At Omaira Modesty, we take pride in the quality and intention behind each piece. Every abaya is crafted with care, and we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (India only).
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.
• Products that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Change of Mind

Returns based on personal preference, styling expectations, or change of mind are accepted only if the product remains unused and in its original condition with tags intact.

Exchange

• Size or item exchange is subject to availability.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

• We genuinely care for our customers. All return shipping costs are covered by Omaira Modesty.
• Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address once your return request is approved.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@omaira.in, along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it at the earliest.

Unboxing Recommendation

We kindly recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us address any rare issues related to damage or incorrect items quickly and fairly.

Condition and Care Responsibility

Our abayas feature delicate hand embroidery and beadwork that require gentle handling. Damage caused due to wear, improper handling, alterations, friction, washing, or exposure to rough surfaces after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@omaira.in with your order ID and the reason for the request. Our care team will guide you through the the next steps for inspection, pickup, or exchange.
